The Gorcyca Case

Pennsylvania has one of the worst child protection systems in the country.

Children and Youth and family court fail in high conflict custody cases, and when reports of sexual abuse are made 85% of the time the abuser wins custody. That is a huge number when one child is too many. We have seen this in action in the Grace's situation. She is at risk every day she is with her abuser.  It's time for change.
