The state of Pennsylvania is behind the times in protecting children from sexual abuse. In a world were sexual abuse and exploitation is epidemic and 90% of children know their abuser, there must be strict safeguards where there are none, especially in regards to family incest, that protects the child first and sorts through the mess after safety boundaries are put in place.

Please support and initiate leglislation that protects children.
